Cross-cultural discipleship is helping someone, with a different cultural background, to grow as a follower of Christ.  When you disciple others, it is helpful to learn more about their home country, native language, and cultural background.  Their experiences, worldview, and cultural perspectives are a big part of their starting point.  These factors lead to different learning needs in their faith journey.
