Cross-cultural discipleship is helping someone, with a different cultural background, to grow as a follower of Christ.  When you disciple others, it is helpful to learn more about their home country, native language, and cultural background.  Their experiences, worldview, and cultural perspectives serve as a starting point in their spiritual growth journey.  Learning more about these contributing factors will help teachers to better prepare to meet learning needs.
